Ошибок при загрузке нет, однако плагин требует допольнительный "модуль" Chaos. Как писалось в одном из обновлений: 2.0.12 - ПЛАТНЫЕ - Admin Menu - Обновления
Требуется плагин Chaos 1.0.8, при скачивании файла - его нет.
